Stanton Hospital Foundation

Funded since 2020

Since 1997, the Stanton Territorial Health Authority and the Stanton Territorial Hospital Foundation have partnered to identify areas of the Hospital that need to be improved or expanded on. Once a priority is identified, the Foundation – through donations and special events – raises the money to meet the need. While the Government provides most of the day-to-day costs for operating Stanton, it cannot meet all of the Hospital’s needs which is why the Foundation raises funds to help purchase enhanced medical equipment in order to provide a greater level of patient comfort and care.

Why We Fund Stanton Hospital Foundation

The foundation fits with Power To Give’s philosophy of supporting children and teen’s mental and physical health.  The enhanced and essential programming supports youth in remote communities who might not otherwise have access to mental health treatment.
